Summit Ridge Energy has acquired 19 community solar projects, located across Virginia, totaling 100 MW.
The portfolio was obtained from seven partners, including Apex Clean Energy, ESA Solar, ForeFront Power, New Leaf Energy, RWE Clean Energy and SolAmerica Energy. The acquisitions were made by Summit Ridge’s joint venture with Osaka Gas USA, a subsidiary of Osaka Gas.
Virginia has invested $250 million towards construction and operation of the portfolio’s projects, which will provide more than 1,000 jobs for construction workers, vendors and local businesses.
“This new portfolio is an example of our ability to execute in a challenging economic environment and demonstrates our commitment to our home state of Virginia,” says Steve Raeder, Summit Ridge CEO. “More importantly, all of the savings generated by each solar project will be offered to low-income customers, reducing electricity bills for thousands of Virginia households.”
The portfolio makes Summit Ridge the market leader in its home state of Virginia and represents more than two-thirds of the projects to be built under the state’s Shared Solar Program.
Launched as part of the state’s Clean Economy Act, the Shared Solar Program is designed to support Virginia’s decarbonization goals and incentivize equitable access to clean energy.

John Eastman, One of Trump’s Attorney Henchmen in an Attempt to Overthrow the U.S. Government, Is Disbarred
In April of this year, the California Supreme Court disbarred attorney John Charles Eastman. This after the State Bar Court Review Department in July 2025 affirmed the findings of the State Bar Court Hearing Department’s March 2024 recommendation, which found Eastman culpable of 10 out of 11 charges for egregious and deceitful conduct and recommended his disbarment.
Apparently, certain bodies within the United States are still trying to maintain justice here in America.

Statement on FERC Actions Regarding Large Load Interconnection from ACORE President and CEO Ray Long
Statement on FERC Actions Regarding Large Load Interconnection from ACORE President and CEO Ray Long
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Thank you to Chairman Swett and the Commissioners of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for setting the path forward for creating greater clarity and efficiency, protecting consumers, and providing greater cost transparency for the interconnection of large loads to the grid while also recognizing the unique features of each region. The United States is experiencing historic growth in electricity demand, and FERC’s ction to ensure that every regional grid operator sets fair rules for connecting large loads represents a constructive step toward ensuring the electric grid is prepared for tomorrow’s demand.
We also appreciate the Commissioners ensuring that grid operators identify all opportunities to use advanced transmission technologies to reduce the costs to upgrade our electricity transmission system.
ACORE and our members look forward to working with FERC and other federal partners on further improvements to load and generator interconnection, additional steps on deploying advanced technologies, and delivering critical transmission expansion.

If You Believe the Trump and His Administration …
… You’ll believe that Trump is the only force keeping Americans safe–not only from Muslims, but also from feminists, proponents of abortions rights (aka murdering babies), DEI, wokeness, gays, blacks, immigrants, news journalists, the radical left, gun control, environmentalists, healthcare advocates, wind turbine-caused cancer, intellectual elitism, socialism and anti-capitalism, vaccinations, chemtrails, atheism, and satanism.
The dumber America gets the easier it is to make these arguments. Therefore, we need to fight against our colleges and universities.
