MN8 Energy has ordered 170 MW of Series 6 Plus bifacial modules and 287 MW of Series 7 modules from First Solar, for use in projects across the northeastern and southern U.S.

MN8 previously transacted with First Solar in their acquisition of the 123 MW American Kings Solar project in California.

“We are pleased to continue our relationship with First Solar, building certainty and resilience into our development pipeline,” says David Fernandez, chief operations officer at MN8.

“By executing these agreements, MN8 demonstrates strong support for developing a robust domestic supply chain for the U.S. renewable industry that upholds the highest environmental, sourcing and manufacturing standards. Furthermore, we’re thrilled to be collaborating with a partner that shares our commitment to responsibly and domestically produced solar, strengthening our industry’s social license to operate.”

The drawing here reminds me of a conversation I had with my mother in the early days of 2GreenEnergy when she saw that my focus had become an ongoing effort to improve the wellbeing of all the planet’s inhabitants–now and into the future.

She asked me, “Why don’t you just live your life?”

I explained, “This is my life.”

Members of a small (pop. 200), rural, and very conservative town in Montana are not happy that ICE has rounded up and deported “Roberto,” a local businessman who came here illegally, “worked his butt off,” and over the years became “a neighbor, a member of our community.” Short video linked above.

“How can there not be a way to make him legal?” a citizen asks.

Sadly, this is what being a conservative is all about in today’s America, i.e., you think abuse is fine, until it impacts your own life.

Why Trump Needs to Be Held Accountable

Published

I agree with Joseph T. Stegall at left, but the main reason Trump needs to face justice is for the good of the country–and the entire world.

If Trump dies a “controversial figure” rather than a vicious criminal, the United States will never recover from the drubbing it’s taken on the world stage and the incredible amount of harm that’s been inflicted on the American people.

Moreover, failure to prosecute Trump would set the stage for the next sociopath to come along and take us down every further. Keep in mind that the next guy is probably not going to be as incompetent as Trump.
