I disagree with DiCaprio here.
Restricting who can hold public office on the basis of how scientific the person is in his thinking is an unsupportable idea. Hell, the second in line to the U.S. presidency has no more founding in science than a jellyfish.
If you want change here, you need an educated voter base that will not accept gross ignorance in the leaders it elects.
There are people who believe that our national problems stem from Hillary Clinton (never president) and Barack Obama (twice president and ranked #7 by historians).
These people are called idiots.
