Trump never has and never will have the slightest interest in learning, which is sad, and should have long ago disqualified himself from the White House. Also, he seems to be on a cognitive decline and makes bizarre and indefensible comments.

For “American foreign policy” I would substitute “Trump’s mental health.” After all, we are at war with these people, aren’t we?
