The meme here came from a reader who makes an excellent point.
As a country, we don’t seem to be able to get rid of the notion that our country should be run as if it were a business. Obviously, no one like bloat and waste, but anyone with any sense can see that the purpose of government is to support its citizens, not to make a profit.
99% of this totally incorrect.

I’ve always wondered what this means. Christian Science? But if you reject science and hand your diseases over to Jesus, why would you need health coverage in the first place?
The point made at left is an interesting one, but it raises the question: Would our NATO allies have participated in a useless and illegal war even if Trump hadn’t insulted, bullied, and threatened them with military invasion?
I doubt it.
