Polite society lives in a world of euphemisms. If you have a low IQ, it may be more tactful to refer to you as “intellectually challenged” than “stupid.”
This phenomenon is even taken to the point of jokes; if you’re short of stature, you may be said to be “vertically challenged.”
Let’s hope there is something similar at work in the meme here. Normally, those in public office who take bribes, especially those at the highest levels of government, are not regarded as “ethically challenged,” but simply as “criminals.”
It’s hard to imagine that too many Trump supporters go to Canada for any reason.
Our neighbor to the north, once a close U.S. ally, now hates our guts–a tough feat to achieve indeed, considering the Canadians are such amiable people.

I’m not sure that Fox News caused the decline of our nation, but it certainly makes some level of sense.
When I was young, there was no source of “news” that was based solely on the profit to be made by making Americans stupid and mean. In fact, news in most of the 20th Century really didn’t have any real commercial value, because it wasn’t used to sell drugs and useless crap to elderly, addle-minded white people 24 hours a day.
Thirty years later, we have people who are as addicted to this hate news as alcoholics need another shot of booze.
