No one with any moral sensibilities is thrilled with the prospect of another Trump administration, but let’s recognize that this could be the chance for redemption that the United States desperately needs.
This country is anxious to re-establish itself as a nation of laws, and a great deal can happen in the next four years to make this happen.
Will the Next Four Years Be the Catastrophe that Many People Predict?
Isn’t there enough hatred in the world without proactively generating more?
Could this be wrongly attributed to Atkinson?
Here’s an idea:
Give all descendants of slaves free college, with stipends, like they do in northern Europe.
Within a generation, we’ll have millions of young, highly educated black people, contributing to the work force at much higher levels than they are today.
We all admit that the MAGA base is composed of the most ignorant of Americans, but one has to think that even these people are losing their patience with Trump and the onslaught of catastrophes he’s bringing to the United States.
