My only problem with this is the U.S. Constitution, which clearly lays out the laws by which our elections will be conducted. I.e., it’s up to each of the 50 states to make and implement their own procedures.
Obviously, conspiracy theorists, at the direction of Newsmax and their peers, are convinced that there is a significant amount of voter fraud, but the fact is that there have been only a few dozen incidents of proven fraud out of the last one billion votes cast.
Yes, we could have an amendment could be proposed and passed into law that changes all of this, but until then, I’m going to support the U.S. Constitution, which has done right by the American people since its passage in 1789.
I’m not sure. Starting a pointless and illegal war that has no end in sight, at enormous expense? One that has debased and degraded our nation on the global stage? Crashing our economy for the common American?
Doesn’t sound like a winner to me. Could be wrong.
Maybe a better question is what they shouldn’t do.
If I were one of these folks, I would be reluctant to go on record and declare my support for the man who has almost single handedly brought the United States to its knees.
A little over ten years ago,
- Our country was the envy of the world; now we’re regarded with a mixture of ridicule and contempt.
- We were making our way forward out of ignorance, racism, and hatred of other people; now it’s thriving.
- The common American could afford gasoline, housing, and groceries; now we’re suffering.
- America was doing what it could to protect endangered species and forward environment responsibility; now we’ve sold our souls to the greediest of individuals and corporations.
- We had very little corruption in the presidency; now it’s rampant, and the DoJ has been weaponized to protect the criminal sociopath in the White House.
Again, I’d be loath to attach my name to this shit.
Well, he’s certainly one of the most visible anti-intellectuals and science deniers in our public space.
If you like ignorant morons, he’s your guy.
