What changed the world forever in 2016 and set Trump’s sociopathic criminality loose on this planet was Hillary Clinton’s flippant remark to the effect that Trump supporters were “deplorable” human beings (see below).
Guess what? Nobody wants to be told that they are wrong, stupid, or despicable. Most of us learned this somewhere along the line, and one would have hoped that her Wellesley College / Yale University education would have clued her into this important fact.
Human civilization would be in a completely different place today had she simply said, “I will be a president for all Americans, regardless of their wealth, physical and mental health, ideology, or level of education.”
Obviously, it’s impossible to predict the future based on the past, and China is brandishing weapons. Moreover, it’s been trying to take over the world for the last 6000 years.
That said, the culture of China is built around patience, and the country appears to be conducting this crusade with commerce, rather than bombs.
Where the U.S. invests in blowing things (and people) to bits, China puts its resources on dominating global trade.
Paying more for gas is painful, but I’m not sure how that compares with waging a pointless and illegal war in which the bodies of men, women, and children are being blown to bits.
Actually, he hates everything that promotes the wellbeing of the common person.
What does he love?
Anything that makes him richer and more powerful, which includes things that will earn him the support of hateful idiots.
