The reader who sent me this answers his own question “bottled water.”

Excellent response.  Staying hydrated is a very strong idea, but ruining the planet with microplastic is horrendous.  How hard is it to re-use containers?

The other thing that inflames me about bottled water is that it enriches companies like Nestle, Pepsico (Aquafina) and Coca Cola (Dasani), some of the most destructive agents on the planet.

You’ve run out of people who a) are stupid enough to believe any of this, and b) even if they did believe it, many would not vote to keep Republicans in office after having enabled Trump to rape our nation.

Truck drivers are spending large amounts of their own money to drive into traffic-ridden Washington D.C., flying American flags, the banner that has been usurped by the MAGA right, to protest Trump’s nonsensical war in Iran that has pushed diesel prices through the roof.

Our Founding Fathers made huge sacrifices for us, and we’ve seen fit to elect an insane dictator to run roughshod over our beloved Constitution.
