The Biden-Harris Administration is taking action to curb imports of China solar cells and modules, in addition to the tariff rate hike announced earlier this week.
The new restrictions include removing the tariff exemption for bifacial modules, ending the solar bridge and cracking down on stockpiling, as well as providing additional guidance on the domestic content bonus.
The administration says it will also support domestic technology development for onshore solar wafer and cell manufacturing.

They claim that the attraction is that they aren’t forced to live among uneducated slobs where people are dying of treatable diseases with masses of impoverished people living on the streets.
Isn’t there something to be said for that?
