For the last, say, 10 years, it’s been said that we live in a “post-truth” world.
Here’s a great example: Mike Johnson’s claim of a few days ago that the government can’t re-open until after the “Hate America” protest is over, with its “Antifa, BLM, and pro-Hamas” people. “Wait till you see all the Marxists on the Mall on Saturday.”
Now, considering that the whole world knew before the rally (and received confirmation of it later) that seven million completely peaceful people were assembling in 2700 cities all over the world, doesn’t this guy look like a liar and total fool?
Not at all. Today, Johnson is talking on camera, again with a straight face, just is if he had been even 1% correct about what happened last Saturday.
In a post-truth society, no one who fabricates ridiculous stories is discredited.
You must be thinking of the 20th Century, when honor and truth still meant something.

Are There Any Trump Voters Who Regret Their Choices?
For those who struggle with elementary school arithmetic, Trump won the election (50%+ approval) out of more than 150 million votes cast, and now his approval rating is in the low 30s.
That’s ~30 million voters who regret their choices, out of the common American.
Add in the Tucker Carlsons of the world.

Let’s Answer the Question Here
Absolutely.
It must be done, because our country is home to some hateful morons who want to see honest, hardworking, taxpaying people with brown skin deported, and their families torn apart.
It wasn’t the American way until recently, but it sure is now.
