This from ExxonMobil:  What do you think? On a scale of 1 (low) to 10 (high), how important are Low Carbon Solutions to you?
A skeptical mind might ask what’s actually going on here.  Is Exxon basing its business future on what the American people think?
Sorry to be cynical, but I doubt it.  Isn’t it more likely that they’re looking for evidence that gives them latitude to continue destroying the planet?
When I look at garbage like this, I think of all the young people who have chosen a career path that supports Big Oil in its public relations.  How pathetic that is.

There is nothing dumb about the question posed at left.  Democracies fail, falling into “banana republics” constantly.  The rate at which democracies become tyrannies is so great that some of them never make the news. Can you tell me anything about the governments of Eritrea or Chad?

What makes the situation in the United States is, yes, that it’s happening here in the United States, the very last place anyone would have suspected it.

You might have thought that Americans wouldn’t have voted for their nation to become Russia or North Korea.

You would have been wrong.

Give all descendants of slaves free college, with stipends, like they do in northern Europe.

Within a generation, we’ll have millions of young, highly educated black people, contributing to the work force at much higher levels than they are today.
