ACORE Applauds White House Initiative to Bolster America’s Power Grid
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Following is a statement from Ray Long, President and CEO of the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), on the Federal-State Modern Grid Deployment Initiative announced today by the Biden-Harris administration:
“Momentum is finally building for a modern grid to support our modern economy. The USA took another important step toward cementing an affordable, reliable, and clean energy infrastructure.
“American economic competitiveness globally relies on access to low-cost, reliable power. The Federal-State Modern Grid Deployment Initiative announced earlier today and already supported by 21 states, is meaningful progress toward the upgraded and better-connected transmission system that lies at the heart of the vision of ACORE’s Macro Grid Initiative. This announcement builds on the commendable commitment to upgrade 100,0000 miles of existing transmission lines by utilizing public-private partnerships to deploy readily available technologies, such as grid enhancing technologies and high-performance conductors.
“ACORE applauds the White House for initiating such a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck approach to modernizing our grid to better meet America’s current and future needs.”

Are People REALLY Fleeing from California?
Of course, there is no science or math behind the map here. But it fits the narrative that people are fleeing California because of its (you name it) environmental regulation, high taxes, woke ideologies, etc.
Why would anyone want to live in a state that, if it were a nation on its own, would be the fourth largest economy on Earth? Leads the planet in innovation? Where someone can ski and surf in the same day?
Better get yer ass down to Texas, the oil-drillin’ and death penalty capital of the world.

MAGA and its Magnetic Attraction for Trump
If you’re a racist moron who’s desperate to punish blacks, immigrants, Muslims, LGBTQs, as well as intelligent, kind people, you can force yourself to believe that constant torrent of lies that come out of Trump’s mouth.
You go online our turn on the television, not to learn something, but go shopping for ideas that support the hateful crap that’s already in your mind.

Bladeless Wind Turbines?
Wind turbines work by extracting some of the kinetic energy from moving air and transferring it to the blades that move in a circle.
No moving parts means no kinetic energy.
Sorry.
