With all the media coverage of the vicious terrorist attack on Israel, it’s weird that no one seems to mention religion as the proximate cause of this atrocity.

For a moment, imagine a scenario in which none of the players in the Mid East believed they were supported by a god, and that any conceivable mistreatment of others was justified accordingly.
